Our whole village service trust is a specialized programme. To ensure we reach the most underserved communities, all five conditions below must be true for your village to qualify for comprehensive adoption.
No hospital or medical facility
The village must not have access to any government or private hospital, primary health centre (PHC), or clinic within a reasonable distance. Communities with existing healthcare access are not eligible.
No higher education institution
There should be no college, university, polytechnic, or higher secondary school (11th–12th grade or above) accessible to residents. The focus is on villages where educational opportunities beyond basic schooling are absent.
No proper drinking water facility
The village must lack access to a reliable, clean drinking water source — such as piped water supply, treated borewell, or a government-maintained water scheme. Dependence on seasonal streams, untreated wells, or distant sources qualifies.
Village located in a mountain region
The village must be situated in a hilly or mountainous terrain, making it geographically remote and difficult to reach. This includes villages in valleys, foothills, or elevated plateaus that are inaccessible by regular roads.
No transport facility
The village must not have regular bus, rail, or reliable road transport connecting it to nearby towns. Villages accessible only by foot, seasonal paths, or infrequent/unreliable transport qualify.
